Shipping
Any stock item will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Custom items may take up to minimum 20 days for production.
DHL or Fedex tracking will be emailed to customer when item is shipped.
It is customers' responsibility to track items and monitor delivery.
Wrong address provided by customer may result in item getting shipped back to us, if that happens customer will be responsible for all back and forth shipment charges.
We need a phone number at the checkout to make the shipping and delivery more seamless. (pleasecontactusbefore buying if any of this is a concern for you.)

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colorfullworlds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs If your item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost and either replace the item or refund you in full. If you are returning or exchanging an item for any other reason, for example you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Well I'm not much of a review person, but it seems these guys won't leave me alone, till I write one lol (Even when I know that most of the times, they need reviews from buyers 🤣) I'm happy with my purchases from Colorfull... Their products are really good... I'll recommend them... My only issue was that when I got the USA one, the State of Utah fell off, and funny thing is, it was delivered to Utah 🤣🤣🤣 but I got it fixed, no big deal... I'm happy with it...

I’m not getting too worked up about it but I finally received my map after a custom s delay and everything appeared to be okay. The map seemed well packaged and after a very long trip the box was in much better condition than I expected. Unfortunately after those thousands of miles to get me there was some damage to the map. Hawaii and part of Antarctica had fallen off. Two of the cork arms on Greenland were damaged and 3 of the mounting cleats had fallen off. I’m capable of the repairs needed but thought you should know. I am however concerned about the durability in the long term but only time will tell. I am pleased with the way it looks and is exactly what was shown in the pictures when I ordered it.

This was a birthday present for my Dad because he travels a lot for work and likes to put pins into a paper map for all the places that he's been. Now he just switched all his pins to this wooden map. He absolutely loves it. We spent a few days sticking it to the wall in his office and it takes up the whole wall. And we even started painting the ocean around it. All in all, this is such a high quality map and it looks awesome. Thank you!

The map looks just as good in person as it does in the photos on their website. Very happy with the purchase. The shipping was fast considering it was coming from over seas. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was not expecting the medium size map of Poland to come in several parts that you have to assemble like a puzzle and they give you double stick tape to put it on your wall. I cut out a peice of 1/8" ply wood that fit behind the map and glued it to it and hung it up using a nale as one solid peice. Bottom line, the maps look amazing and are excellent quality. Great company and I would gladly buy from them again.
The Vietnam 3D map will be an excellent addition to the military remembrance wall I am building in my Man Room. I am truly pleased with your craftsmanship and the quality of your product - it is spot on.
The map is beautiful, but some of the islands come on a plate that you have to disassemble yourself and when you do so some parts of the wood break, it's a shame because they could perfectly put the small pieces in a box to prevent them from breaking.

I just wanted a little something above a black chair as you exit my side yard. This piece is sturdy well-made and absolutely beautiful. I loved it so much that I instantly went in the house and ordered another one for a different area.
The only thing I would say is the map they give you to go by. I would have in color and a number on it. At this point it's just just all black lines but it's unbelievably. Well done so well done. Nothing cheap about it. I plan on giving others
We LOVE this world map! It is a conversation starter every time someone comes to our home. Rather they have seen it or not! The customer service from this company was superb! We liked it so much, I bought a smaller version of this for my parents.
